The Maritime Academy is a specialized program designed to expose students to a wide range of careers in the Maritime Industry. The Maritime Academy encourages students to explore and pursue careers in the Maritime Industry of Welding, Multi-craft and Electrical fields of study. Students will have multiple opportunities to participate in field trips, job shadowing, internships etc., that will expose them to the Industry and equip them for the workforce. Maritime students will be also be exposed to a rigorous curriculum by their teachers and will build relevant skills for the world of work. The purpose of the academy is to create students who love learning, take pride in community and pursue their full potential.
